About the role
You run how Squalo finds new customers at a profit. Paid social and search, the creator pipeline, and the testing engine behind them.
What you will do
- Plan and run Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns end to end
- Own CAC, ROAS, and blended margin, reported weekly
- Build the testing system and scale what wins
- Work with the founder on offers, audiences, and creator strategy
What we are looking for
- 3+ years running paid yourself, not coordinating an agency
- You read a dashboard before you read a deck
- Comfortable owning a budget and being judged on the return
- Bonus: creator-led or TikTok Shop growth experience
