How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose the size or colour available, add it to cart and complete checkout. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We process orders quickly so they can move into fulfilment without delay.
How can I check sizing before ordering?
If you are unsure about fit, contact Customer Care before ordering and include your usual size, height and the product you are considering.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Squalo Roma ships internationally with tracked delivery. Shipping costs, delivery estimates and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
When will my order be shipped?
During busy periods, please allow time for your order to be prepared with care. Delivery estimates begin from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.
What is your return policy?
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery for eligible unworn items in original condition. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after warehouse approval.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery timing depends on your destination, courier handling, customs processing and the fulfilment location for the item ordered. Your tracking link will show the live shipment progress.
