Every order is covered by our Perfect Fit Guarantee: 14 days from delivery to exchange your size or return eligible items for a full refund.

We design every Squalo Roma piece with care and precision. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returns must be shipped within this 14-day period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn.
  • Unwashed.
  • Unused.
  • In original condition.
  • With all tags attached.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Free from marks, stains, pilling, alterations, strong odours, perfume, detergent, smoke or signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for return.

All returns must be registered through the official Squalo Roma return portal before shipment. Returns sent without prior registration through the return portal will not be accepted for processing. This also applies to returns arranged independently through external carrier services instead of the return instructions issued by Squalo Roma. In those cases, the parcel may be refused on arrival or returned to sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, socks and other intimate garments.
  • Bodysuits.
  • Fragrances or sealed products once opened.
  • Gift cards, store credits and promotional vouchers.
  • Final Sale items.
  • Items returned after the 14-day return period.
  • Items damaged by misuse, accident, incorrect washing or normal wear and tear.

Bundles and Promotional Offers

Bundle or multipack items may be returned only if the complete set is returned, including all individual items and original packaging. Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately.

Items purchased as part of 1+1, 2+1 or similar promotional campaigns are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund unless faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are part of our Perfect Fit Guarantee.

If you would like a different size, register your return and tell us the size you need. Once your return is received, we ship the new size, subject to stock. If the size you need is no longer available, we refund you in full instead.

If you would like a different colour or a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order separately.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on location and courier.

For international returns, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or related charges are the responsibility of the sender.

Return costs are non-refundable.

If a return label is made available through the return portal, the cost of the label may be paid by the customer at the time of return or deducted from the refund, depending on the courier option shown in the portal.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping proof of shipment until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the amount to appear in your account.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been completed.

Shipping fees, duties, customs charges, taxes and return label costs are not refundable unless the return is caused by an approved Squalo Roma error or product fault.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our return conditions, the return may be rejected or only partially refunded where permitted by law. In these cases, any cost to return the item back to you may be your responsibility.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photographs of the item, packaging and any visible damage. We will review your case and advise on the next steps.

If the issue is approved as a Squalo Roma error or product fault, we will cover the required return shipping where applicable and arrange a refund, replacement or other suitable resolution.

Once your return has been registered, items are received at our returns office, Squalo Roma, EUR Trade Center, Via del Casale Solaro 101, 00143 Roma, Italy. Please register your return before shipping, as unregistered parcels cannot be processed and may be refused on arrival.
