Shipping cost, free-shipping thresholds and delivery estimates are calculated by delivery address.

All Squalo Roma orders are shipped using secure, tracked delivery methods. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount, depending on your region. The exact shipping cost and any free-shipping threshold will be shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address. No code is required; eligible free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary depending on the destination country’s laws and regulations. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

A remote area surcharge may apply to certain locations. If applicable, this fee will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the remote area surcharge may still apply.

Orders are fulfilled through our international logistics network. Depending on your delivery country, stock availability and the product ordered, your parcel may be dispatched from our Asia fulfilment centre or another partner facility. This helps us keep international delivery secure, trackable and consistent across regions.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. We prepare orders carefully before dispatch; during busy periods, please allow time for your order to be prepared with care. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.

Once tracking has been issued, transit updates are handled by the shipping carrier. If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, contact Customer Care and we will help you review the shipment with the carrier.

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or local handling charges once the parcel reaches the destination country.

These charges are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly included at checkout.

Customs processing may delay delivery. Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs checks, import restrictions, unpaid duties or missing information requested by customs or the courier.

If a parcel is refused because duties, taxes or import requirements are not paid or completed, the parcel may be returned to us. Any return freight, courier handling fee, import fee or unpaid duty charged to Squalo Roma may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@squaloroma.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the parcel, packaging and damaged item so Customer Care can review the case and help with the next steps.

Failed Delivery or Wrong Address

Please enter a complete shipping address, email address and valid phone number at checkout. A phone number may be required by the courier if there is a delivery issue.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, missing phone number, failed delivery attempt, unpaid import fees or lack of customer cooperation, the parcel may be returned to Squalo Roma. Any courier costs or fees charged for the return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Promotional Periods

During launches, sales and promotional periods, order processing and delivery times may increase due to high order volume.
