At SQUALO ROMA, we want you to love the products you receive from us. If you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help you with returns, exchanges
We offer a 14-day return window for all items purchased on our site and in stores, except for items discounted. To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
Our 14-day warranty excludes normal wear and tear and damage caused by misuse or accidents. If your items meet these conditions, we will issue a store credit (excluding shipping costs) to the email associated with your order. Store credits, coupon codes, and gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. Returns requested after 14 days may be denied.
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged item, or are missing an item from your order, please contact our support team at info@squaloroma.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If the product you wish to exchange is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

If you purchased items from our Flagship store, return them to the Flagship store via Citypak courier service. Alternatively, you can visit the Flagship store in Negombo to return your order, provided all return conditions are met.
