Where is my order?
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Full detail in Shipping and delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled, the delivery address included. This is set out in Shipping and delivery.
How do I return or exchange something?
Register the return through the Squalo Roma return portal within 14 days of delivery. Returns shipped without registering first are refused on arrival. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s to cover, and approved refunds reach the original payment method within 10 business days. Full conditions in Returns and refunds.
Which size should I order?
Every product page carries a size chart in centimetres and inches with a fit note. If you are between sizes, size up. Still unsure, send your height and your usual shirt or trouser size in the form below and we will tell you which size to order.
What does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Cost, delivery estimate and any free-shipping threshold are calculated from your delivery address and shown at checkout. No code is needed. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Are sold out pieces restocked?
Many pieces are limited-run. If a size or colour matters to you, write to us before waiting for a restock.
