About the role
This sits where marketing, creative, and product meet. You protect and push the brand, from campaign planning to how it reads in every channel.
What you will do
- Plan campaigns and own the brand calendar
- Keep voice and visual identity consistent across channels
- Brief creative and hold the bar on quality
- Work with the founder on positioning and what we say next
What we are looking for
- 3+ years building a consumer brand, ideally fashion
- You understand storytelling and customer behaviour
- Strong taste and the spine to defend it
- Cross-functional project management
