What the guarantee covers
Request an eligible return or size exchange within 30 calendar days of delivery. For split deliveries, the window starts when the last item in the order is delivered. Voluntary returns must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags attached and original packaging. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
How a size exchange works
Register your request through our return portal, then dispatch the return within 14 calendar days after approval and return instructions. Use tracked shipping, provide the tracking number through the portal or support@squaloroma.com, and keep proof of dispatch.
You pay return shipping and applicable return customs charges to Italy. We pay outbound shipping for one size exchange per originally purchased item, subject to stock. For an unavailable standalone replacement, we refund the eligible amount. For promotional bundles, you may return the complete bundle for a refund instead.
Prefer a refund?
Eligible voluntary returns are inspected and refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt, including inspection. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. Applicable statutory deadlines take priority.
Promotional bundles
To receive a voluntary refund for Buy 2 Get 1 or similar promotional bundles, return every paid and free item in the bundle. We do not offer partial-bundle refunds. Eligible size exchanges remain available. These conditions do not remove statutory cancellation or faulty-item rights.
Costs and full terms
Squalo pays customs duties upfront for the original delivery. For voluntary returns, you pay return shipping and applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage or clearance fees for the return to Italy. Get the size right the first time
Every product page carries a size chart with garment measurements in centimetres and inches, plus a fit note. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
