What the guarantee covers

The Perfect Fit Guarantee applies to every eligible Squalo Roma piece. From the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to decide whether the fit is right.

To stay eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Underwear, socks, intimate garments, opened sealed products, gift cards and Final Sale items are excluded. The full list of conditions is in our Returns and Refunds policy.

How a size exchange works

If the size is not right, register your return within 14 days of delivery and tell us the size you need. Ship the item back to our warehouse using a tracked method.

Once your item arrives and clears warehouse check-in, we ship the new size, subject to stock. If the size you need is no longer available, we refund you in full to your original payment method instead.

Prefer a refund?

You can always choose a full refund instead of an exchange. Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days of warehouse check-in.

Get the size right the first time

Every product page carries a size chart with garment measurements in centimetres and inches, plus a fit note. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
